Leslie believes in developing a unique plan that resonates with each individual. If we can create a program that you can enjoy, you’ll stick with it, which is the determining factor for success. Self-care, physical activity, and a balanced diet are of the utmost importance for a happy, healthy life.

Leslie has dedicated her life to fitness. A mother of four, and she has competed professionally, and placed, in three figure competitions. Leslie is  Licensed Massage Therapist, graduating from The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and she is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Spin Instructor.
