Show Notes

A wee bit o’ Scotland comes to the Northwest Highlands of Connecticut at Lime Rock Park in Lakeville on Sunday, June 27, 2021. Round Hill Highland Games is celebrating its 98th year of Highland Games and Scotsfest, and is the 3rd oldest Games in the United States. Round Hill Highland Games is a non-profit charitable organization sponsoring a yearly festival celebrating Scottish heritage and tradition, and holding traditional highland game competitions. The Games and festival is a very family friendly event and would make a great day out. You don’t need to be Scottish or Irish to enjoy this event. Visit clan tents to learn more about history. Have your children participate in our children’s games which even includes a stone put like the heavy event athletes. Tickets may be purchased online for a discount http://www.rhhg.org/or for a slightly higher fee at the gate. Of course, like all Lime Rock Park events, military or former military are always free Round Hill Highland Games is a 501 (c)(3) not for profit
