KENT SIDEWALK SALE DAYS returns!
THURSDAY AUGUST 5 thru SUNDAY AUGUST 8, 2021

Who doesn’t love a good sale?

Catch more than just one good bargain during the Kent Sidewalk Sale Days scheduled for Thursday August 5 through Sunday August 8, 2021.

Shoppers will delight in FABULOUS SALES at merchants including Heron American Craft Gallery, Sundog Shoe & Leather, Fife ‘n Drum Gift Shop, House of Books, Foreign Cargo, Rolling River Antiques, Chestnut Woodworking, Sportsmen’s Connection, Tarot in Thyme, Woodford’s General Store and the Kent Station Pharmacy. The long weekend will also feature St. Andrews Annual Tag Sale, delicious food & drinks, and free music. 

The Kent Memorial Library will continue their Outdoor Book Sale for all four days plus you can purchase a raffle ticket to win a 2013 Mini Cooper Convertible.  Support the library!

The 2021 Summer Concert Series, sponsored by Kent Parks and Recreation, the Kent Lions Club, the Kent Land Trust and Mike Gawel & Sons Construction, presents its final concert on Thursday August 5 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM and features the Joint Chiefs.  The concert will take place at the Kent Land Trust Field on Route 7. The Kent CT Farmers Market will take place on Friday August 6 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.  Located at 9 South Main Street (just south of the traffic light), the Market has vegetables, produce, fresh dairy items, lavender products, essential oil products,  flowers (bouquets and in beautiful containers), honey, prepared foods, fresh pickles, natural dog & cat treats, homemade soups, unique embroidered gifts, homemade salsa, natural & organic meats, natural granola, and craft beers.  

The schedule of activities planned for the annual shopping event is still in the planning stages so please check back as the dates get closer for more details.

Parking is available on Main Street and on the Kent Green property.  The Kent Welcome Center (directly behind the Kent Station Pharmacy) has public bathrooms.
