2021.5.LEGAMIN.SHARON.PRESS.A0AB4887-E73B-42A4-9DE4-57096EA02482_Original.jpg

Join Chef and owner oLe Gamin, Robert Arbor, as he cooks a tasty Valentine’s Menu of Chicken Fricassee and Oven-Roasted Potatoes.  In addition to owning many restaurants, he co-authored a book, Joie de Vivre: Simple French Style for Everyday Livingin 2003.   Lucky for us in the Northwest Corner, Robert opened Le Gamin Café in Sharon in March 2021, a bright spot during a very dark time.  In the months since, business has boomed and Le Gamin Café in Sharon was just named one of the 25 Best New Restaurants in Connecticut Magazine’s January issue.

Join us on Zoom to learn how to make this wonderful creamy chicken stew and then you can make it for your Valentine!  Robert will walk us through the recipe and also tell us more about his journey from Fontainebleau, France to the kitchens in New York City and finally to Sharon, CT.

We will send you the recipes a few days before the event.

This virtual program is free, but registration is required. For further information call the Library at (860)364-5041.
